Shipping Policy

At The Party Store, we understand that when you're planning a celebration, every moment counts. That's why we strive to make our shipping process as fast and easy as possible!

Shipping Charges

1. Free Standard Delivery. Generally takes 1 to 3 Days For Delhi NCR. 2-5 Business Days for Other States in India.

For your convenience, orders placed by 12:00 pm IST will typically ship the same day.

If you place your order after 12:00 pm IST, don’t worry! Your order will ship the next business day from our Local store located in Gurgaon, Haryana. We want to ensure that you receive your party essentials as quickly as possible, so you can focus on what really matters—celebrating!

Personalized Orders will be shipped in 24 hours.

     2. Same Day Delivery: for those in the Delhi NCR area needing urgent party supplies, same-day delivery options through Porter or Uber Courier is available.  The charges for same-day delivery will be based on actual costs incurred by the courier service.

    3. Helium Balloons:  Delivery charge of 150 rupees. This fee is applicable to selected locations only. Return Policy

We know that shopping for party essentials can be exciting, but sometimes things don’t go as planned. That’s why we want to make sure you understand our return policy clearly. We believe in transparency and want to support you in any way we can.

When it comes to personalized and handcrafted items, we want to let you know upfront that we do not provide refunds. These items are made specifically for you, which makes them unique and special. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

For Non Customised orders You can request a Return within 7 days from the day you received your order. We want to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase, and if we made a mistake, we’ll make it right. We will require a Product unpacking video and a valid Reason for the return of the item.

Exchange: When it comes to replacing goods or merchandise, we want to emphasize that all items are subject to inspection and checking by our dedicated team.  Product is damaged due to a lack of care or incorrect handling by the customer, it will not be eligible for exchange or Refund.

Any products can be bought in exchange

Refunds are processed directly to the Debit/Credit or Bank Account that you used to make your payment. If you opted for Cash on Delivery, don’t worry! You will receive a credit of the said refund in your account for future use. We want to make this process as smooth as possible for you.

Refunds are processed within 24 hours once it's approved. Banks may take up few days to credit the amount as per their policy
