At The Party Store, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our Return & Refund Policy before placing an order.

Custom & Personalized Products

Due to the customized nature of these products, the following items are non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable once the order has been confirmed:

• Personalized helium balloons

• Custom printed balloons

• Balloon bouquets with custom text or designs

• Personalized gift hampers

• Custom decorations and event setups

• Any made-to-order or specially sourced products

These items are prepared specifically for individual customers and cannot be resold.

Helium Balloons

Helium balloons are perishable products with a limited float time and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable once inflated.

Customers are requested to review product descriptions, sizes, colors, and delivery details carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

Standard (non-personalized) orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

Personalized products, custom printed balloons, helium balloon arrangements, gift hampers, and event decor orders cannot be cancelled once preparation or production has begun.

Returns for Standard Products

Non-personalized products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

• The item is unused and unopened.

• The product remains in its original packaging.

• The product is in resalable condition.

• Proof of purchase is provided.

Items returned without original packaging or showing signs of use may not be eligible for a refund.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging.

After verification, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection and approval of the returned item.

Shipping, delivery, setup, and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Color & Design Variations

Actual product colors, balloon shades, printed designs, and decorative elements may vary slightly from the images displayed on our website due to screen settings, availability, and customization requirements.
