Delivery Areas

Inflated Helium Balloons & Event Services

Inflated helium balloons, balloon bouquets, balloon decorations, gift hampers requiring local delivery, and event setup services are available only in our designated service areas, including Gurgaon, Delhi NCR, Noida, Greater Noida, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Dehradun, and nearby locations.

These products and services generally require local delivery using a cab, car, or other suitable four-wheel vehicle to ensure safe transportation and proper handling.

Non-Inflated Products

Non-inflated balloons, party supplies, decorations, gift accessories, and selected non-perishable products can be shipped across India through our courier and logistics partners.

Delivery timelines for shipped products may vary depending on the destination, courier service, and local conditions.

Please note that helium inflation services are not included with products shipped outside our designated local service areas unless specifically mentioned in the product description.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation and payment.

Personalized products, custom printed balloons, gift hampers, helium balloons, and event decoration orders may require additional preparation time. Customers are advised to place such orders in advance whenever possible.

Delivery Time

Delivery dates and time slots selected by customers are preferred delivery windows and not guaranteed delivery times.

While we make every effort to deliver orders on schedule, actual delivery times may vary due to operational requirements, traffic, weather, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery Charges

Standard shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Local Delivery Charges

Inflated helium balloons, balloon bouquets, large balloon arrangements, gift hampers, and certain bulky or delicate products may require delivery by cab, car, or another four-wheel vehicle instead of standard courier services.

Accordingly, additional delivery charges may apply to such orders.

Delivery charges may vary based on:

• Delivery distance and location

• Size and quantity of the order

• Vehicle required for safe transportation

• Delivery date and time

• Urgent or same-day delivery requirements

• Traffic and route conditions

• Remote or difficult-to-access locations

• Special handling requirements

Where the applicable delivery charge cannot be calculated automatically during checkout, The Party Store may contact the customer before dispatch to confirm the additional delivery charge.

For urgent, same-day, timed, or special delivery requests, customers may be required to pay an additional delivery fee.

Helium Balloon Deliveries

Helium balloon products are prepared close to the delivery time to maximize float duration.

Customers should ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the specified delivery location. Once delivered and accepted, responsibility for the balloons transfers to the customer.

Float times mentioned on product pages are estimates only and may vary depending on temperature, weather, transportation, handling, and environmental factors.

Because inflated helium balloons are delicate and require careful transportation, they are generally delivered using a cab or suitable four-wheel vehicle rather than standard courier services.

Gift Hamper Deliveries

Certain gift hampers, balloon hampers, and combination gift products may require local delivery by cab or four-wheel vehicle because of their size, packaging, fragile components, or inclusion of inflated balloons.

Additional delivery charges may therefore apply depending on the delivery location and transportation requirements.

Delivery Delays

Delivery schedules may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Adverse weather conditions

• Heavy traffic or road closures

• Political events, protests, strikes, or government restrictions

• Public holidays and peak festive periods

• Venue access restrictions or security procedures

• Transportation disruptions and unforeseen events

The Party Store shall not be liable for delays resulting from such circumstances.

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including address, contact details, recipient name, and delivery instructions.

Additional delivery charges may apply if an order needs to be re-delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the recipient is unavailable at the delivery location or delivery cannot be completed due to customer-related reasons, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

Personalized products, helium balloons, and perishable items may not be eligible for replacement or refund in such cases.

Event & Decoration Services

For decoration and setup services, customers must ensure timely venue access and obtain any required permissions before the scheduled setup time.

Any delays caused by venue restrictions, lack of access, or customer unavailability may impact setup timelines.

Shipping Charges

Shipping and delivery charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Additional charges may apply for helium balloons, inflated balloons, balloon bouquets, gift hampers, bulky products, urgent deliveries, specific delivery time requests, remote locations, or special handling requirements.

Where delivery requires a cab or four-wheel vehicle, the applicable vehicle/delivery charge may be calculated separately based on the actual delivery requirements.
