How do I book a rental item?
You can book online or contact us via WhatsApp or phone to confirm availability and rental dates.
Can I extend my rental period?
Rental extensions are subject to availability and must be requested before the scheduled return time.
Is a security deposit required?
Yes, a refundable security deposit may be required for selected rental items.
What happens if a rental item is damaged?
Customers are responsible for any loss, damage, or excessive wear beyond normal use during the rental period. Any applicable charges will be deducted from the refundable security deposit. If the damage exceeds the security deposit amount, additional charges may apply.
To avoid disputes, we strongly recommend that customers take clear photos and videos of all rental items at the time of pickup or delivery and again before returning them. This helps document the condition of the items and ensures a smooth rental experience for everyone.
What if I am unable to return the rental item within the rental period?
Our rental items are often booked for back-to-back events and must be available for the next customer on time. If a rental item is not returned within the agreed rental period (typically 18 hours unless otherwise specified), The Party Store reserves the right to forfeit the entire security deposit.
Late returns may also attract additional rental charges or replacement costs if they impact subsequent bookings.
If you anticipate any delay, please contact us as soon as possible. Rental extensions may be accommodated subject to availability and prior approval.
Important: Failure to return rental items or prolonged delays may result in the security deposit being withheld and additional recovery charges being applied.
Will the rental item be exactly as shown in the photos?
Rental items are quality-checked before dispatch. variations in color, finish, or appearance may occur due to lighting, screen settings, manufacturing differences, and normal rental use. We recommend taking photos and videos at pickup/delivery and return for security deposit verification.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 3–7 days in advance, especially during weekends and festive seasons.
Do you offer complete party setup packages?
Yes, we offer DIY rental bundles as well as complete decoration and event setup services.
